There is no strict minimum time. However, our minimum service charge is $75 for any job, even if it takes less than an hour. For example, assembling a simple nightstand (which typically takes 30–45 minutes) will still be billed at the $75 minimum.

If the job takes longer, we bill at $65 per hour with 30‑minute rounding after the first 2 hours. Most small items like a coffee table or desk chair fit within the 1‑hour timeframe.

Yes! For large jobs involving multiple items or complex assemblies, we often provide bundled pricing. Our standard rate is $75 for the first hour, then $65/hour after 2 hours. However, for substantial projects (e.g., assembling an entire office or multiple rooms), we can offer a custom flat rate. Can I schedule same-day service online?

Yes, same-day service is available depending on our schedule and your location. To check availability, use our online booking form. You'll be able to select a time slot – if you see available slots for today, go ahead and book. For urgent requests, feel free to start a live chat or call us at .

How do I get an instant price quote online?

Getting an instant quote is easy! Just browse our service categories (Bedroom, Living Room, Office, etc.) and click on any service card. You'll see an estimated price right on the card. For a more detailed estimate, click "BOOK NOW" on any service – this opens our booking form where you can select a date and time, and we'll confirm the final price. You can also upload photos of your furniture for a more accurate quote.

Is there a travel fee for areas outside of Raleigh?

We serve the entire Triangle area and beyond. Travel is free for the first 20 miles from our base in Holly Springs. Beyond that, we charge $1 per mile (one-way). The final travel fee is always confirmed before we begin work. You can see the estimated travel fee in our online booking form once you enter your address.

Do you provide any warranty on your assembly services?

Yes, we stand behind our work. We offer a 30-day warranty on all assembly services. If any issue arises due to our assembly within 30 days of completion, simply contact us, and we'll come back to fix it at no additional charge. Please note that this warranty covers assembly-related problems only, not manufacturer defects or damage caused by misuse.

We assemble furniture from any brand! Whether it's IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart, Target, West Elm, Crate & Barrel, or any other retailer – we handle it all. Our technicians are experienced with all types of flat‑pack and ready‑to‑assemble furniture, including complex items like entertainment centers, bunk beds, and home gym equipment.

Do I need to provide tools or instructions?

No, we bring all the necessary tools. However, we do ask that you have the assembly instructions available (printed manual, PDF, or app link) and that all parts and hardware are on‑site and ready. Missing instructions or hardware may cause delays or require rescheduling. If you've lost the manual, don't worry – most manufacturers provide PDFs online, and we can often help locate them.
